Job Summary

Provide expert level loss prevention, loss control, and safety management consulting services to all policyholders including those with the most complex and dynamic needs and/or retention service commitments. Positively and effectively impact workplace safety and health and serve as a community partner in the enhancement of workplace safety culture. Apply skills and provide guidance with proficiency in all areas of Occupational Safety and Health, the Montana Workers Compensation system, Montana Safety Culture Act (MSCA) and applicable regulation/best practice techniques.

Serve as an expert, coach and mentor to other Safety Services personnel. Drive process improvement, lead projects and organizational initiatives, instruct junior safety personnel in the Safety Management Trainee program and provide other expert guidance and recommendations as needed.
