Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an outstanding Administrative Assistant with strong communication skills to come and be a part of our team! At the Department of Environmental Quality, we are striving to make our work environment a supportive and fun environment that fosters a work/life balance.
Responsibilities include preparing and editing letters, processing mail, assisting with visitors, filing and managing phone lines. The Administrative Assistant also coordinates projects, supports the management of databases, publishes updates to websites, and develops guidance material.

Qualifications:
The Administrative Assistant will need to have Office software knowledge.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or the equivalent and one year of job related experience. Some college or post-high school education or training preferred.
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
